A cancellation request must be submitted within the first 30 days after any Sufnoor service, such as website development, app development, or digital marketing services, becomes active.

Eligible for Refund:

• Services or accounts purchased without any free domain name.
• Services where domains have been ordered but not yet registered.
• Accounts or services that have not yet been activated.
• Refund requests are eligible within the first 30 days in cases like the above.

Not Eligible for Refund:

• Services purchased with a free domain name at the time of order. (Domains are an additional cost, and we offer a range of services with them included at the time of purchase).
• Domains that have already been activated for a year or more.
• Clients who have used promo codes or special offers to avail of services.
• Refund requests are not eligible after the first 30 days unless there is a situation similar to the cases mentioned above.
